1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking pickleball lessons with Jake Ryall Coaching, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide pickleball coaching services including:

• Private lessons (1-on-1)
• Partner sessions (2-on-1)
• Group clinics
• Tournament preparation

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is collected 2 hours after lesson completion
• Card information is securely stored by Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Package discounts apply automatically when applicable

4. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund, no charge
• Less than 24 hours: Full lesson fee charged
• No-show: Full lesson fee charged
• Cancellations must be made through Calendly

5. Rescheduling

Lessons may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur charges.

6. Weather Policy

Lessons cancelled due to weather (rain, extreme heat, etc.) will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Weather determinations are made 1 hour before lesson time.

7. Liability Waiver

Participation in pickleball lessons involves inherent risks. By booking lessons, you acknowledge that:

• You are physically capable of participating
• You assume all risks of injury
• Jake Ryall Coaching is not liable for injuries or lost property

8. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Arrive on time
• Wear appropriate athletic attire
• Bring water and required equipment
• Maintain respectful behavior

9. Intellectual Property

Training materials, drills, and techniques shared during lessons remain the property of Jake Ryall Coaching and may not be reproduced or sold without permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
